Aug 3, 2023 – PortSIP, the developer of next-generation unified communications solution, announced the launch of PortSIP PBX v16.0.4 and PortSIP SBC v10.0.4 for both Windows and Linux.
The PBX v16.0.4 and SBC v10.0.4 is a minor release that focuses on fixing security issues and feature bugs.
We recommended all users upgrade to this new release.
Changes for PortSIP PBX Release v16.0.4
The following changes are included in this release:
- Fixed a security issue.
- Fixed a bug that can't hear early media when launching the call by REST API.

Changes for PortSIP SBC Release v10.0.4
This release includes the following changes:
- Fixed a security issue.
- Fixed a bug where sending DTMF from a WebRTC client caused the timestamp of the RTP event to be incorrect. This may have caused some sensitive servers/trunks to determine repeated DTMF tones.
Please follow the guide to upgrading the SBC if you run the old version.
